Service & Support

Successful implementation of an Automated Blood Sampling solution requires more than good products. VeruTech's DiLab Team offers all necessary assistance to ensure that our customers can get full use out of their systems. In addition to our training courses VeruTech’s highly qualified service technicians offer on-site as well as off-site service for the AccuSampler product line. VeruTech’s Service Agreements ensure our customers regular preventative maintenance of their AccuSampler equipment. Support services include e-mail as well as traditional telephone support.

Service agreements

Different types of plans can be arranged – for example the popular twice a year preventive maintenance service contract. During this check-up, the technician performs a complete overview and check-up, replacing vital parts, calibrates tubing systems and updates the equipment to latest software version.
